Who we are: 
NDWM is a movement that has been working in India since the past 27 years to seek justice, dignity and empowerment for domestic workers. Through our efforts Domestic Workers in India have a voice and have got recognition and welfare benefits from the State. We bring the plight of Domestic Workers to the notice of governments and public, lobby and advocate to ensure that Domestic Workers enjoy the same rights as other workers. We fight against trafficking of women and children for forced labor and help to protect Child Domestic Workers from abuse, exploitation and slavery through a multi-pronged approach.
