Project Luangwa

What we do: Support schools, build classrooms, science labs, libraries, and toilets, sink bore holes, work to increase standards of education, arrange pupil sponsorship, encourage girls to have higher self-esteem and more girls to attend school for longer, provide textbooks, supply teachers to community schools, support teachers in training, help disabled kids.

We need volunteers to: Teach English, reading, accountants, website design, secretarial / office  / sponsorship work.

Non-cash donations needed: Phillips Atlases, Solar Scientific Calculators (not ordinary calculators), suitable reading books for African children (please see list here),  soft (B) drawing pencils for Art, hard (H) pencils for Technical Drawing, pencil cases.
